What's included in 1/4 beef

What does a 1/4 beef include?

These are the standard cuts that most customers want. Because there are 4 people buying the cow, customization is limited.

-Steaks are cut 3/4 inch thick, and packaged individually usually around 1 to 1.25 pounds

-Ground meat is in 1lb individual packages

-Everything is vacuum sealed, dated, and frozen when you pick it up.

-A 1/4 cow will fill 1 standard freezer ( 7 cubic feet ) I recommend the following freezer 6.9cuft Freezer @ Lowes
